New year new me bullshit

I am not a fan of the New Year, New Me shit. I believe if you want to make a change you can do it at any time. But I am not against making goals. Also only 8% of people keep to their resolutions but I hope you’re one of them if you do that type of thing.

One of my goals if to continue to write my blog. I’ve done one almost every day since I started and as Joanna Johnson of allthefamily fame it is very cathartic. Jo had also put a very good list together of the 10 things you can do to help your mental health, see the link

I find writing helps me put things in to perspective and also get my thoughts out there. Never realised I had so much to say until I started writing it down.

I will be 35 in 9 days and want to make this a really good year. 2018 was not the best of years but hoping something will come of 2019. I’m planning big things with Dadscomm, supporting charities, supporting dads, helping others and putting one some events.

I want to go on more road trips too, I have never in my life been to Ireland and I think 2019 should be the year. Infact, I want to go to every country in the U.K. that’ll be fun. Road trip to Scotland. Go to Sterling, go to Dunblane. Then Wales, I wanna go to Tenby with my family as that’s where we’re originally from, this is all money dependent though. Isn’t it annoying how much we need money?!?! Fucking currency.

I want to smash this year and try and make a difference, even if it’s just a small difference. I wonder that when I read this back I will have achieved it? Good look future Craig.

What’s your goals for 2019? DM and let me know.

  1. No way you're from Tenby originally I'm about an hour from there. I got a great deal on a private caravan last year in Ludchurch. I'm hoping she will be renting it out again.

    1. you're so lucky to live so close, yeah my grandad was born there. God love him.
